2. Courses and Enrollment

Duration, format, tutor and prerequisites appear on each course page before payment. Enrollment is confirmed by email after payment; if we reschedule a course, you receive a new date or a full refund.

3. Prices, Payment and Cancellation

Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include applicable taxes. Cancellation deadlines and refund amounts are stated in your enrollment confirmation; approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.

4. Participant Responsibilities and Intellectual Property

Provide accurate details, keep credentials confidential and use materials for personal learning only. Course texts, videos and tests belong to spinmatrixaddition.com LLC; copying or reselling them without written permission is prohibited.

5. Consumer Rights, Disputes and Liability

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" your rights, essential service terms and dispute mechanisms are disclosed before purchase; complaints are answered within 14 days. Courses are provided "as is", without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Personal Data and Advertising

We process personal data with your consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". Per the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising", promotions are truthful, marked as advertising and do not mislead about our services.
